Shannon Ashley at this office is also very responsive to my questions. It's good to have a point of contact I can reach out to about my policies compared to playing the automated phone menu game with USAA. Instead of just a monthly auto pay with no contact unless you have changes to make or a claim like previous experiences with insurance, you actually get real customer service and someone familiar to communicate with at State Farm."

"The following is a copy of the complaint I submitted to the Colorado Division of Insurance. This company has now lied to me twice, increased my rate twice with no explanation (illegal), ADMITTED FAULT and refused to remedy the situation. On November 1st, 2024, I solicited a quote for car insurance for a 2018 Mazda Mazda3 from Carlos Sandoval at Christian Tyson State Farm. The quote provided to me, which I signed via an E-Signature to agree to pay, was $788.25, for a monthly payment of $131.38. The next month, on December 9th, the payment increased to $143.39. There was no communication, neither written or email, regarding this price increase. The insurance agent or agency NEVER informed me the rate would be increasing, and this was only the 2nd month of my term. I called to inquire why the price had increased and was told via the phone that "there was a mistake made in the quote" and I was not eligible for one discount they had given me, and that this was the new rate. The next two months it increased twice again. The rate is now $1018.14 for the 6 month premium, billing at $169.69 per month. I was not informed either of these two months that the premium was increasing, and never informed why. Upon calling today, i was told once again that "mistakes were made with my quote" which the agent acknowledged were his fault. I was then told that the agent who told me the new monthly rate would be $143.39 was also incorrect. I have now been lied to by two insurance agents about what I will be paying/what I owe, my insurance rate has increased 3 times in the middle of a an agreed-upon 6 month premium, and no communication, either written or email, was ever given. No explanation was provided. I believe this is agains the law, as I AGREED to a premium of $788.25, but NEVER agreed to the premium of $1018.14. Billing me as such is going against the agreement I signed with the company. I can not be billed extra for a service when I never agreed to obtain the service for that price."

"Daniel is absolutely amazing. I switched to State Farm from progressive because I could never get in touch with my actual agent, when I would call I was getting reps at call centers. I legitimately canceled my policy and randomly walked into this agency to get signed up for just liability to start with. I’ve been with them for maybe a little over a year now, and wow.
