It's good to have a point of contact I can reach out to about my policies compared to playing the automated phone menu game with USAA. Instead of just a monthly auto pay with no contact unless you have changes to make or a claim like previous experiences with insurance, you actually get real customer service and someone familiar to communicate with at State Farm."
